As a Financial Analyst (Auditor) - Junior-- – join S2 Analytical Solutions and the customer to facilitate the mission of national security and humanitarian leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating professionalism and competence in the client’s environment
  • Fostering an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
  • Executing the day-to-day accounting and audit activities of the engagement and conducting fieldwork daily
  • Gathering audit related data
  • Demonstrating awareness and knowledge of Federal Government’s financial and management responsibilities
  • Assisting in drafting and preparing project deliverables
  • Utilizing technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

 

Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management related field; or Master’s degree in accounting or business management related field.
  • At least 4 years of accounting or financial management experience
  • At least 2 years of federal financial management experience in roles such as:
    • Accountant
    • Financial auditor
    • Financial Analyst, or
    • Financial system analyst
  • TS/SCI Clearance

 

Desired

 

  • DoD or Intelligence Community Financial Management Experience
  • CPA, CIA, CFE, CGFM, or CDFM Certification
