Job Overview: As a Knowledge Management Specialist within the customer, your role is to manage and administer processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, preserve, transfer, analyze, synthesize, and access intellectual capital and information content. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and efficient access to critical information.
