Job Overview: As a Project Integrator within the customer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects to ensure successful execution. Your responsibilities involve supporting project managers, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Duties:

• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and track milestones.
  
  
• Communication and Documentation:
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Prepare project-related documentation, including memos, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and decisions.
  
  
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues during project execution.
• Work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely resolution of project-related challenges.
  
  
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct reviews and assessments to verify adherence to project requirements.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
