Job Overview: As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will leverage your extensive experience to analyze, strategize, and optimize business operations within the customer. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, assessing key metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Duties:

• Strategtic Analysis:
  • Review financial statements, KPIs, and other critical metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze current and proposed business operations, considering options for enhancement.
  • Liaise between various groups and departments to facilitate effective communication.
    
    
• Process Optimization:
  • Devise solutions to operational challenges by assessing overall business effectiveness.
  • Propose workflow improvements, process streamlining, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that drive efficiency.
    
    
• Data-Driven Insights: 
  • Gather, review, and analyze business data using software tools.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
    
    
• Requirements Gathering:
  • Work closely with end-users to capture and document business requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with development teams during solution implementation.
    
    
• Change Management:
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on business processes.
  • Support the Company through change implementation, addressing user needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
